4. Passport & Visa Responsibility

  • While we provide assistance and guidance, we are not responsible for visa rejections, delays, or incomplete documentation.

5. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, injury, illness, accidents, delays, or damages during the trip.

6. Changes in Itinerary

  • We reserve the right to modify travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or operational issues.
  • Any additional costs arising from such changes must be borne by the client.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Green Heaven Global Gateway acts as a facilitator for services such as flights, hotels, transportation, and tours.
  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service issues caused by third-party providers.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Travelers must follow local laws, rules, and customs of the destination.
  • Any illegal or inappropriate behavior will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

9. Health & Safety

  • Clients must ensure they are medically fit to travel.
  • Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
  • We are not responsible for any health-related issues during travel.

10. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for failure or delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

11. Complaints & Grievances

  • Any issues during the trip must be reported immediately to our support team.
  • Complaints raised after the completion of travel may not be considered.

12. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
